Blogs Vs Articles

There are number of websites online but the underliying motive may differ. A website content is not for readers, if a visitor on net is looking for some stuff to read, very informative then wikipedia has proved the best source of online information. Wikipedia is also developed using Wiki CMS, its editor can manage content, yes but it all depends on your accessibility degree. When we come to commercial websites, or online stores, their purpose is to sell their products or services but there is no place for users. Now coming to users, with web 2.0 technology web has reformed user driven communities are growing thick and undoubtedly open source is the generation point.

Digitalization, integration, inter-operatibility, scalibility, interactivity, flexibility are very common terms associated with latest IT tools and technologies. Now coming to the point, blogs and articles are meant for readers, these are user driven features dynamic updation, WYSIWYG editor, user level access have made everything simple and easy to use. 'Content is the king' remains the website success mantra, now if you have the writing instinct you will capture the road to success in search engine ranking and positioning. Now coming to blog and article which one is more effective and will help you get one way link, I recommend writing article regularly, through article compared to small blog postings.

In recent times, Wikipedia has lost ground in credibility due largely of misleading information because articles can easily be edited by malicious entities who purposefully want to spread lies and confusion. For example, in some call center entries, there have been blatant misleading information purported by frustrated employees and those who have grudge against the companies. Wikipedia's reputation has also been its weakness.

Very Good Post!! I like to read your blog, but do not find updation since last year. Just to say that contextual link exchange is a great service. It would be great if you could brief on guest blogging and its pros and cons.

I agree. It depends on what the reader is looking for online. If he or she wishes to read facts then articles are the way to go. If he or she on the other hand wants to have something enjoyable and light to read, then you should choose to read blogs.
