In recent times, Wikipedia has lost ground in credibility due largely of misleading information because articles can easily be edited by malicious entities who purposefully want to spread lies and confusion. For example, in some call center entries, there have been blatant misleading information purported by frustrated employees and those who have grudge against the companies. Wikipedia's reputation has also been its weakness.
